Jenny 🫱🏻🫲🏾 Fuss Fuss, CFO of Boart Longyear, talks about the challenges of international experience, the importance of having a diverse set of skills in an FP&A team and how to achieve storytelling and influencing in FP&A.

Originally from a small town in Germany, Fuss wanted the experience of working and living abroad. When the opportunity to move to become a CFO of a joint venture in China presented itself, she took it before relocating again to continue her global career in Houston, Texas, and expertise as a finance leader walking the shop floor in manufacturing companies.
